COVID 19 KIOSK
Service Design
Living in the world requires ongoing adaptation. We have been forced to adjust to the "new normal" a year after the COVID-19 pandemic first surfaced. This includes working from home, having parents home-school their children in a new blended learning environment, being in lockdown and quarantine, and being required to wear face masks and face shields in public.
Purpose of Designing

There is a mandatory test-taking protocol taken in many organizations from 2021(When COVID started to settle) until today, especially for Health and social workers. After COVID became the constant "new normal", we were asked to take a COVID test every two days if we worked in any organization. To address this issue, I worked on the fast access kiosk, which offers a rapid test available and set up at any organization.
My Role

COVID 19 Kiosk design was developed for one of My Sassy Interiors, in which I am the Interior Designer and project lead responsible for the design and meeting the timelines initial to the final stage of the design delivery.
